Eng. Hamada Abd El Mohsen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Power Engineering from Cairo University (2002). He joined Brothers Group in 2017 as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at BROTHERS Group is responsible for defining and leading the Group’s technology and engineering strategy across its industrial, manufacturing, contracting, and real estate operations.

Hamada oversees technological innovation, production optimization, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that all subsidiaries—particularly those operating in aluminum extrusion, aluminum alloys manufacturing, and industrial development—adhere to international standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. This includes supervision of production technologies, process automation, maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement programs.

Working closely with executive leadership, hamada aligns technology investments with the Group’s long-term business objectives, supports operational excellence, and enhances competitiveness through advanced manufacturing systems, data-driven decision-making, and engineering best practices.

In addition, Hamada plays a key role in research and development (R&D), technical compliance, and innovation management, contributing to product development, cost efficiency, energy optimization, and environmental responsibility. Through strong governance and technical leadership, Hamada ensures that BROTHERS Group remains at the forefront of aluminum industry technology, contracting execution, and industrial advancement.
