Mr. Bassem Al Gamal
Bassem Al Gamal joined BROTHERS Industrial Group in 2014 as Chief Development Officer (CDO), bringing extensive expertise in business development, strategic marketing, corporate governance, and compliance across industrial, contracting, and real estate sectors.
He holds multiple advanced academic and professional qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Business Administration (2010), a Corporate Governance Diploma (2012), and a Professional Executive Manager Diploma (2014). These qualifications underpin his structured, governance-driven approach to leadership and organizational development.
Bassem Al Gamal is the Founder of Dahab Contracting and Supplies Company and BGCO Misr for Contracting and Real Estate Investment, reflecting his entrepreneurial vision and deep involvement in Egypt’s construction and real estate markets.
In his current role, he leads the Group’s development and marketing strategies, driving sustainable business growth and geographic expansion across Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa. His leadership emphasizes market innovation, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence, ensuring the Group maintains a leading position across the aluminum industry, contracting, and real estate development sectors.
Beyond his executive responsibilities, Bassem plays an active role in corporate governance and compliance, supporting ethical operations and long-term sustainability. He has served on multiple company boards, both as a founder and owner and in an advisory capacity, where he provides strategic direction, governance oversight, and executive guidance.
